Ploughman's Salad

1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
3 green eating apples
1 T. onion, finely chopped
2 T. parsley, chopped
4 T. natural yogurt
4 T. French dressing

Finely dice cheese. Remove core and dice apples. Place cheese, apples, onion, and parsley in a mixing bowl. Whisk together yogurt and French dressing until mixed, then pour over salad. Toss gently.

Serves 4-6.
