Nachos with Fresh Corn Salsa

1 c. fresh corn kernels
1/2 of a red onion, chopped
3 T. lime juice
1 jalapeno, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. corn tortilla chips
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Fresh cilantro leaves
Sour cream
Chopped avocado

Combine corn, red onion, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt and pepper. Spread corn chips on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven until the cheese melts, 5-6 minutes. Serve topped with the corn salsa, cilantro, sour cream, and avocado.
