Lemon Garlic Dressing

1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 t. fennel seed powder
1 t. sea salt
1/2 t. black pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended. Use immediately or refrigerate in a tightly sealed jar and shake to blend before serving.

Makes 1 cup.
