Fiery Feta

1/4 lb. feta
1/2 red chile, sliced
2 sprigs thyme
4 slices of lemon
1 t. honey
1 T. olive oil
Crusty bread

Place ingredients on a long piece of heavy-duty foil, then fold over and crimp to seal. Grill, covered, over medium heat about 5 minutes to warm through. Serve with slices of bread.
