Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette

2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. whole grain mustard
2 t. honey
1 t. minced garlic
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

Whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth. Add olive oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.

Serves 4.
