Garlic Chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mushrooms, quartered
Carrots, cut into 1" pieces or use baby carrots
Good Seasons Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing, made per package directions with red wine vinegar

Put chicken in dish and pour dressing over. Chill overnight in fridge. Add mushrooms and carrots and stir to coat. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done and carrots are tender, about 45 min. - 1 hour.

Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
