1 c. mayonnaise
2 T. vinegar
1 t. prepared mustard
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped red and green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add macaroni, celery, pepper, and onion. Toss to coat. Cover and chill.
