1 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. celery seed
1 small or medium vidalia onion, grated (or other sweet onion)
3⁄4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 T. olive oil
In a small saucepan, mix sugar, salt, mustard, and celery seed. Add the grated onion, olive oil, and vinegar. Heat until sugar is melted. Cool and refrigerate.
