1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. parsley sprigs
2 green onions, cut up
2 T. tarragon vinegar
2 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 c. plain yogurt
Place all ingredients except yogurt in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Fold in yogurt. Cover and chill. Serve over cold seafood or green salad.
Makes 1-1/2 cups.
