1 c. mayonnaise
3 T. milk
2 T. dry white wine or lemon juice
2 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. garlic powder
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese, divided
Place all ingredients and 1/2 of cheese in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Stir in remaining cheese. Cover and chill.
Makes 1-1/2 cups.
