Cream Cheese-Olive Spread

Stir together:

1 (8-oz.) package softened cream cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Crackers

Shape mixture into 2 (6-inch) logs, and roll in pecans and chives. Serve with crackers.

Makes 2 (6-inch) logs.
