Maple Vinaigrette

1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. pure maple syrup
1-1/2 T. Dijon mustard
1-1/2 t. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. kosher salt

Shake all ingredients together in a jar with a tight-fitting lid until well combined. Toss with salad greens.

Makes 1/2 cup.
