5 ripe avocados
1 large tomato, chopped into large chunks
1 small red onion, diced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 T. tamari or soy sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
Halve each avocado. Remove the pits and scoop out the flesh. Mash the flesh slightly into 1/2" chunks. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with a large spoon and mash avocado as you go. Chill and serve.
