1/4 c. fruit-only peach or apricot jam
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 t. soy sauce
1 t. white vinegar
1 t. water
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Add more water to thin, if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
