2 T salt
1 T. garlic salt
1 T. onion powder
1 T. sugar
1 T. dried parsley
1 t. freshly ground black pepper
1⁄4 t. dried basil
1⁄4 t. celery salt or celery seed

Mix together all ingredients and keep in a tightly covered jar until ready to use.

To make dressing, use 2 T. dry mix, 1⁄4 c. cider vinegar, 2/3 c. olive or vegetable oil, and 2 T. water (these are the proportions in the Good Seasons dressing jar, so just fill to the appropriate lines).

Makes 1 cup dry mix.

  1. 6/27/2016: Delicious over a green salad just after mixing, and tastes quite a bit like the package mix, without the preservatives. It may taste even better when it's had time to blend.
