Mint Bark

1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips (mint or regular)
1 lb. vanilla-flavored candy coating, cut up
3/4 c. finely crushed peppermint candy

Line baking sheet with foil. Heat chocolate chips over low heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Heat candy coating over low heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in crushed candy [or wait until the chocolates are blended and sprinkle crushed candy on top). Pour onto baking sheet; spread to 3/8" thickness.

Drizzle with melted chocolate. Run knife through to make a zigzag pattern. Let stand several hours or until firm. Lift off sheet with foil, then break into pieces. Store tightly covered.
