Lemon Herb Dressing

1/2 c. light olive oil or salad oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 T. brown sugar
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix

Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and shake until blended.

Excellent over tuna or a Greek salad.
