Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette

2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. finely chopped fresh basil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 t. Dijon-style mustard
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Whisk together vinegar, basil, garlic, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Makes 1 cup.
