Langford Salad Dressing

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. plain apple cider vinegar
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. Coleman's dry mustard
1/4 t. paprika
1 clove garlic
1 T. sugar
1-1/2 to 3 T. crumbled bleu cheese

Place all ingredients except cheese in a blender and mix; add cheese and store dressing in refrigerator.

For a creamy dressing, blend the cheese with the other ingredients.

Makes about 1 cup.
