1/2 c. unsweetened pomegranate juice
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 c. extra-virgin olive oil
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. Dijon mustard
2 T. pomegranate molasses
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake vigorously until will incorporated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary. Serve at room temperature.
