Spicy Carrot Pie

1 9" unbaked pie shell
2 c. cooked carrots, pureed
1-1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. nutmeg

Blend all filling ingredients well. Pour into pie shell and bake in 325 degree oven for 45-55 minutes.

Makes 1 pie.
