Greek Cheese Toast

2 1-oz. whole wheat pita breads
Nonstick cooking spray
1/4 c. plus 2 T. (2 oz.) crumbled feta cheese, divided
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. dill

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Separate each pita bread into two rounds by gently running a sharp knife around the edge. Place on an ungreased baking sheet with the smooth side up.

Lightly spray each piece with cooking spray.

Divide feta cheese and sprinkle evenly over bread, then divide Parmesan cheese and dill and sprinkle over the feta.

Bake 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and the edges of the bread just begin to brown.

Serve right away.
