Watermelon-Basil-Tequila Popsicles

2 c. cubed seedless watermelon
3/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. basil leaves
2 T. tequila
2 T. honey
Juice of 1 lime

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour into 8 (3-oz.) popsicle molds and freeze.

Serves 8.
