3 c. sugar
3/4 c. (1-1/2 sticks) butter
2/3 c. (5-oz. can) evaporated milk
1 12-oz. package chocolate chips
1 7-oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla
Grease a 13 x 9" pan. Combine sugar, butter, and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium-high heat, stirring CONSTANTLY to prevent scorching. Boil 5 minutes and remove from heat. [Keep stirring until it cools slightly so it doesn't burn on the bottom.] Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into pan and cool at room temperature.
