1-1/2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 t. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/8 t. garlic powder
1 c. pecan halves
Assorted crackers
In small bowl, beat first 5 ingredients until light and fluffy. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Shape on serving platter into pine cone shape. Insert pecan halves in uneven rows to resemble a pine cone. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes about 1-3/4 cups.
