Tomato, Watermelon & Feta Salad

2 large heirloom tomatoes, cored and cut into 1" pieces
3 c. 1" watermelon cubes (about 1/4 of a 3-lb. watermelon)
8 oz. feta cheese, cubed
2-1/2 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. chopped fresh mint
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 t. kosher salt
1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper

Gently toss together all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 min. for best flavor. Toss again before serving.
