Rustic Steak and Mushrooms

Steak, sliced thin
Onions, sliced thin
Mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
Olive oil
Pizza dough
Italian seasoning
Bleu cheese

Saute steak, onions and mushrooms in a little olive oil until beef is browned and onions are soft. Spread out pizza dough on a baking sheet and put steak mixture in the center. Fold up edges, pleating as needed. Bake about 15 minutes or pizza dough is done. Sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning and serve hot.
