"Butterfish" Parsnips

Sweet potatoes
Parsnips
Truffle oil
Brown sugar
Butter

Roast sweet potatoes and parsnips. Mash with butter and brown sugar. Drizzle with truffle oil.

Described to me by the chef after we raved about the deliciousness of this dish.
